Shipping policy

Products will be shipped within 3 to 5 days of the initial purchase. If on a sixth day the customer has not been notified of the product being shipped, they may contact the Villainry so we may began searching for the product to ensure it is on course. 

If after a full week there is still no information about the product being shipped, we will issue a refund if wanted or ship another product to replace the one that is missing. Our goal is to ensure the customer receives their purchases in a timely manner with no damage.
